Shipping Information:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days for in stock items. Orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, Priorty Mail or Express Mail depending on the service sellected at checkout. Please call us for other shipping options.
Custom orders and orders requiring production may take longer and information regarding the production and shipping time will be included with the quote.
Note about International Shipping:
RAASCO Grips will ship Internationally via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay and obtain any import duties or permits required for the importation of the grips or parts included in the order. RAASCO Grips will not be responsible for any import duties or permits. We suggest you research the import requirements prior to placing your order as some items may be prohibited from importation based on their use as components of firearms. Items that are not allowed through customs will not be reimbursed by RAASCO Grips.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not happy with your grips for any reason, return the grips within 15 days and we will refund your purchase price less shipping. There is a 20% restocking charge for any grips that have been custom cut (e.g. ambi safety cut, lowered for low safety lever, etc.) This 15 day return policy does not apply to full custom orders or to dealer volume sales.
